Ingredients ( note : all amounts are approximate, and can be adjusted to your taste ) : 1 cup instant rice 1 cup water (bottled spring water recommended) 1/4 cup of pure coconut oil 1 cup instant oats cinnamon for sprinkling 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter 1/2 cup brown sugar 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 3/4 cup butterscotch chips 1 bag (approx 10 crackers) graham crackers
